[The transmission clicks on to a heavy wave of crackling static. Not much can be made out for a good minute or two, before there's the clear sound of footsteps shifting over concrete and gravel. The static grows worse as they get closer -- but when the footsteps stop, the static clears and everything becomes deathly silent. Then:]

[His voice is oddly calm, gentle, somewhat soothing. Another wave of intense static interrupts the transmission.]

Much better.

[More static, and then the line goes dead.]

So~ Aizen has his powers back. Anyone that's sensitive to reiatsu/spiritual energy would have noticed an intense wave that sort of washed over the entire city as it was released, before it eventually fizzled out.
